• Top with Champagne

• Place a few ice cubes in a glass and add fresh mint leaves
• Place a scoop of Essence Glacier’s Mint Chocolate
Shavings in a separate bowl along with a pinch of chocolate shavings

• Add 30 ml (1 oz) of white creme de menthe (mint cream)
and mix together

• Transfer into the glass on top of the ice and the mint
• Add 30 ml (1 oz) of white rum
• Top with soda
• Decorate and enjoy!

• Add fresh fruits, like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, lemon, lime, etc.

• Then add 30 ml (1 oz) of lemon juice and a few orange slices
• Top with rosé wine (between 250 et 500 ml)
